At Mountain Equipment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit your adventure, you can return unworn items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
